Your choice of government type determines Stage 2, which presents questions specific to your preferred system. Stage 3 covers universal questions applicable to all systems.

To maintain referendum integrity, each account is limited to one vote. Your user ID is recorded to prevent duplicate submissions. Once you complete the referendum, you cannot modify your responses.

Your approximate location is detected to distinguish votes from inside Iran versus the diaspora. Votes from within Iran are given prominence in results, amplifying the voices of those most directly affected.
